POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

No Refunds

All services are non-refundable. However, should you have questions or concerns about the service you have received-please notify Chelsea within one week of your service to make adjustments.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less then 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled. 

No Call/No Show

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled.  This will affect your eligibility to book future appointments. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made. 

Tardiness

I have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text or call to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. 

Credit Card Required

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment for all new clients. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Chelsea Danny Hair reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

No Additional Guests/Children/Animals

For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Chelsea Danny Hair does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 


ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CHELSEA DANNY HAIR.
