Salon Policies

Rescheduling and Cancellations

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and I do my best to accommodate. Therefore, I respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled.  If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service scheduled. This is a non-refundable cancellation fee and is required before rebooking.

No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled.  This will affect your eligibility to book future appointments. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.

Card information will be required at booking to ensure the cancelation policy is upheld.

Late Policy

If you are running late, please text or call as soon as possible to let me know.  I have a 15 minute grace period, should you arrive beyond that you may have to reschedule your appointment or have the option to adjust services with a $25 fee.  

No Additional Guests/Children/Animals

My space is small and for the safety and sanitation of my guests, I do NOT allow children, animals, or additional guests at the time of your appointment.

Satisfaction Policy

It is my priority to provide my guests with the best experience and service, however, if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appointment please contact me within 7 days of your service to make adjustments. 

I conduct thorough consultations for all services provided, however, it is each client’s personal responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history.  Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information during the consultation is not the responsibility of Chelsea Danny Hair.

Refunds will not be offered but I will make any reasonable changes or adjustments to your desired look.
