Cancellations and Rescheduling

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of scheduled service total will be charged

Same day cancellations or no shows: 75% of scheduled service total will be charged

Grace And Exceptions

I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis. All policies are applied thoughtfully to maintain fairness and respect for everyone's scheduled time.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for services. Adjustments may be discussed within 7 days of your appointment if needed.

Child and Accompanying Guests

Our space is small and to ensure a peaceful and safe environment, no additional guests or children may accompany clients to appointments.
